Cancellation and Refund Policy :

Cancellation 48 hours before the scheduled tour, refund of 100% of the total amount*.
Cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled tour, refund of 50% of the total amount*.
Cancellation within less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour, no refund. Occasional bank fees are on the expense of the client
WBB reserves the right to amend or cancel any reservation. If this is the case your reservation will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
In case of No Show, or more than 30min. of delay, we do not refund the amount of the Tour but we offer you an alternative date and time according to availability of both parts.

Weather Conditions :

Bike Tours and walking tours take place rain or shine; Clients should be dressed as required.

If it starts to rain and we are biking, we will suggest customers to do a walking tour. We may take public transportation if needed.

In case of heavy rain and the tour hasn’t started yet we will reschedule the tour.

Customer responsibilities:

If a customer is late and misses part of a tour or even the whole tour, WBB will offer an alternative date to do the tour, we will not offer in any cases compensation or refund.
We always wait 10mn for customers that are running late. After 10mn, the tour will start in order to respect everybody who booked the tour.
Customers are required to take care of their personal belongings the entire tie of the tour. WBB will not take any responsibility for any lass that may occur during the experience.
The customer is responsible for adequate personal insurance coverage for risks that may occur during the tour.
WBB is not liable for any claims for body injury or harm, accidents, damage caused to third person property or loss of personal belonging caused by weather, sickness, or any other causes whatsoever beyond the control of WBB.
The customer must respect Catalan traffic regulations. Any ticket or fine due to incorrect use of the bicycle will be completely assumed by the customer.
Under aged customers must be accompanied by an adult or have to present a written authorization of the parents.
The client admits to not having any illnesses, or physical or psychological problems prior to the activity. In case of an illness or injury, pregnancy, or the taking of medication, one would be obliged to communicate this to the business, to evaluate your capacity to undertake the activity, to predict occurrences or to cancel the activity.
In the case of a client who, lacking knowledge of the activity, is in an unfit condition to undertake the activity, they will be excluded from the activity; there will be no refund.
